Caa-tay Honey

Caa-tay is the name give to honey produced in a specific region in the province of Entre Ríos in Argentina. Having obtained the organic certification in 2003, one of the main properties of Caa-tay honey is that it does not crystallise. Caa-tay organic honey is currently exported to Canada and Europe.
